Who is responsible
Yupland Digital Solutions LLC, identification number 447015685, Georgia, Kobuleti, village Chaisubani, 6200. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
- When you send a request through the form: topic, name, email, phone or Telegram (optional), company (optional) and your message — to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal.
- Technical data with each request: the country your connection comes from. To stop spam we also keep a keyed (HMAC) hash of your IP address for up to one hour, separately from your request; the IP address itself is not stored.
- When you write to us by email: the content of your email — to answer you.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form from abuse — under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors in the EU, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and videos are served from this website itself.
Who processes the data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of this website and storage of form requests (database region: Western Europe). Cloudflare is a US company; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in its data processing terms.
- Zoho Corporation — our email service for [email protected] (EU data centre). Each request is also sent to this mailbox so we can answer it.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted — unless they became part of a contract, which we keep for the period required by law. Database backups that may still contain a deleted request are overwritten within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to stop using it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
